Services
Laminate Flooring
Laminate flooring offers durability and design flexibility, mimicking wood or stone textures. Ideal for high-traffic areas, it resists scratches and fading while providing cost-effective elegance. Our selection includes diverse colors and patterns for personalized interiors.
Engineered Flooring
Engineered flooring combines real wood veneers with layered stability, resisting humidity changes. It balances affordability and aesthetics, offering a modern alternative to solid hardwood with easy installation and long-term durability.
Hardwood Flooring
Solid hardwood flooring provides timeless beauty and longevity, available in oak, maple, and cherry. It can be sanded and refinished multiple times, though it requires careful humidity control for optimal performance in above-grade spaces.
LVT Flooring
Luxury vinyl tile (LVT) features 3D printing for realistic wood or stone visuals. Its waterproof, scratch-resistant surface suits kitchens and bathrooms, with floating options for quick, low-cost replacements compared to traditional materials.
Custom Staircases
Custom staircases serve as architectural focal points, blending functionality with artistic expression. We craft bespoke designs using premium materials, ensuring seamless integration with flooring aesthetics and structural integrity.

We bought our Engineered Maple Wood Flooring from Wholesale Wood Warehouse in San Diego and they suggested Kevin from Velasquez flooring to do the demo and install. We couldn't be more happier with our decision to use them. They Demo'd our entire 1st floor of existing 20 year old engineered wood flooring and our staircase going up to our 2nd level. They were prompt, professional, did a great job cleaning up each day and did an exceptional job with the install. In fact, we will be doing our hallway upstairs next month and they will be the installers. Top ratings for these guys. They

My husband recently hired Kevin and crew to install vinyl flooring in my condo and we were so impressed with them! They worked with us to get the project within our budget (we did the demo, they did all the prep work and the install) and the finished product looked great! There was a bit of a delay as they had to wait a few days for the self leveler to dry but altogether it took only 6 days to finish! Would definitely recommend them.

Can't rave enough about the install process and quality of work! I was referred to Kevin by Robert from WWW, where I purchased my floors. Setting up an appointment for an instillation estimate was quick and easy. Upon meeting him my family and I were very pleased with his knowledge of flooring and he had an answer for all of my questions and concerns. Kevin is professional, easy going and a pleasure to work with. He gave us a fair price and was flexible with the install date. We have a full house of furniture and items, but Kevin and his colleague Oscar, were very gracious and moved everything

Kevin did an excellent job in our home. They finished installing 3 bedrooms at a reasonable time. He and his crew were on time, clean, and informative with the process of work. I had a lot of questions to ask about the job and he responded without hesitation. The end result of our bedrooms was excellent. Will definitely call them back to finish the rest of my home.

I'm not a push over when it comes to ratings (see my recent rating on my solar installation company). Kevin and his crew did an excellent job on what I'll characterize as a challenging installation, due to the existing condition of the sub-floor. Since our remodel was done in stages, he was willing to return to the job site when requested to complete the floor. We are thankful to Wholesale Wood Flooring for recommending this company as an installer.
