HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beware, if the business doesn't bother to even return phone calls to get service, I would hate to see how they perform once they have been paid. I have called this place, over the course of a year, 7-8 times. Hear the same thing every time, someone will get back. Finally on the EIGHTH time, someone called me back, left a different phone # in the message. I called that back, again left a request for service, nothing. Today the same woman answered the original #. I did not want to leave another message with her and asked what would be different this time? She said

This company serviced my perfectly functioning pellet stove.
Stove did not work after their "service". Called store multiple times to ask them to come back to at least take a look, and never even received a call back. Not good service. Avoid.
