Such a quick response with a prompt service call. I was very appreciative of it. I spent over 1-1/2 hrs on the phone texting Samsung service technicians about my refrigerator problem with no results. When I called Steven at Great Appliance he had dealt with my problem before and told me how to fix it via our phone conversation even though he no longer works on Samsung refrigerators. He is unbelievably knowledgeable and a great repairman.
