I am glad that I contacted Family Roofing and Restoration for fixing recurring leakage issue at my house. Laya is very knowledgeable. Based on photos, she figured out the root cause and provided an in-depth solution on how to resolve the issue even when I had not decided yet to go with Family Roofing. That kind of altruism is rarely seen from a contractor. The work done was very professional and reasonably priced. For any roofing work in future, I will definitely go with Family roofing.

They replaced my roof and 2013, and did a fantastic job. I have since referred them a half a dozen times to my friends. Professionalism was carried from start to finish , and was appreciated. The stress of the damage was enough without adding a bad contractor to the mix. Big Thanks Laya and crew.

The owner, Laya, helped me through the entire insurance claim process and assisted me with filing the claim. I needed to have some repairs done to the chimney before they could do the roof and she knew someone that could help me with the repairs and set it up for me. She made the process less stressful for me. She's responsive and honest which is hard to find a roofer that isn't shady. I also was impressed with the fact that she's a woman owned business and she knows her stuff..
