Drainage
Report
We're glad and appreciative that you chose Williamson to install your drainage system! Just like rain gutters, drains must be clean and clear of debris in order to function properly. All drainage systems require periodic maintenance in order to maintain proper working conditions. This maintenance is NOT a part of our contract, warranty, or normal service.

One of the few companies that install all major pier types and will recommend the pier that best suites your foundation needs. We only recommend the type of pier that will provide a long-term solution to your unique foundation problems, but we also try to provide the adequate solution at a reasonable price - we never "up-sell" the most expensive pier!
Prevention
Report
You should always use the round, porous hose and not the flat hose with holes on top. The porous hose allows water to "ooze" out evenly along the length of even a very long section of hose, and allows you to turn the water valve on full without the concern of uneven water distribution. 2. The soaker hose should be placed approximately 8-12 away from the foundation - not right against the home.
Education
Report
Our soils are made up of @ 5 components. The most prevalent are Blue Marl (a type of clay), Black Gumbo (a very expansive and sticky clay), and Coliche (hardened calcium carbonate which binds these clays together). Because of our expansive clay soils, our foundations are always flexing and bending season after season, year after year.
