There was a mistake on my reservation date. They said they were closed on a Friday and couldnt provide service. It two days for them to call me about a question I had about a truck. The date on my receipt was the right date. I tried to work with them but the girl said if you cancel - NO REFUND!! No service and they want to jeep my money. Sounds like a scam.

We used It Takes Two to move a few rooms of furniture. Mike and his crew did an outstanding job organizing and loading the truck. They did not damage anything and came supplied with all the tools and furniture pads. I would definitely use them again. They completed the job within the timeframe that I was given.

I hired these guys for 10/20/21and was not sure of the company. The lady I spoke to never said anything about about them bein a "labor only" company. They showed up in a little van and asked me where my truck was. I told them "where's my truck? question is, where's your truck?" They told me they were a labor only company and that I had to rent my own truck. By the time I found and rented a truck and showed up I later found that they were billing me $125 an hour and sat and waited for me to rent my own truck. The labor was for 4 hours and I was charged for 6 hours for 3 guys. I had a very heavy

The 2 guys arrived on time and directly got to work moving my items. Definitely worked their behinds off on such a hot day. They got the job done fast all while taking care not to damage my belongings.

I had the worst experience with this company. I was asked to prepay for my scheduled move so I thought it was a sure thing. They were no show on the date written on the invoice. They have me scheduled on a wrong date. Someone made a mistake in scheduling and he was trying to blame me for it. I had opportunity to hire another mover the following day but he confirmed he would be able to do the job but they were no show again. I have not received my refund and I had to file dispute with my credit card company. I dont trust this company at all!
