We have a rental property, but live out of state. Managing all the various components can be really tricky if you dont have reliable businesses. We are so incredibly grateful for finding and securing service with Palmetto Pool and Spa. Renters can be very hard on things and they track in lots of dirt. Our spa is a few feet away from the edge of a lake so we know that our guests go straight from the lake to the spa without bothering to rinse off. Things can get pretty bad without constant oversight and a gross spa will translate to bad reviews. On top of these concerns, we have had many issues
