Thanks to the folks at Jamestown Awning and Party tents for the great service they provided in support of our son's wedding. From the initial planning visit to setup of the tents to final teardown the team helped make the event a success despite the torrential rain we experienced during the weekend. Everyone was helpful and great to work with.

As always, Jamestown Awning installed a tent for our graduation party on time and as promised. One of the installers called me prior to the intall and was spot on with his estimated arrival time. Tent was clean, in great shape and installed exactly where we wanted it. Tables and chairs were clean, in great condition and stacked, ready for us to set up the way we wanted. Will definitely use them again and recommend! We also loved that they installed days prior to the party so that we could figure out where we wanted everything.

We bought a business approx 4 years ago. It had an awning serviced by Jamestown Awning so, we continued to have them store & install the awning each year. Customer service is very poor. We struggled every year with scheduling its installation. The company only installed the awning at their leisure and convenience, even though we always gave them very flexible dates. Their excuse was that we had to wait for other residential customers' installations in our area, that way they can take advantage of the trip. The late installation of this awning in our building impacted our business (sitting & dining

We rented a tent, tables, and chairs for a graduation party. The office staff was super friendly and helpful in answering all my questions and making needed changes as the event date got closer. The tent, table and chairs arrived in excellent condition. Excellent service!! Highly recommended.
