If you don't mind waiting forever for service that you may or may not get, this is your place. I waited for a month to get a service person out to tell me what was wrong with the spa. We agreed that the part would be ordered and he would return. After another month, I called the store and was told that that owner never ordered the part. As for getting your spa opened in the spring, better count on the middle of summer if you are lucky.

Wouldn't recommend their service. Amount to charge is whatever the owner seem fit without previously communicated to their customer. Only way to find way is when you get your credit card bill. The way the handle their customer service is by telling The customer that they are right and it is what it is.

Had a leak, found it, called 2X's to schedule a repair. NEVER returned call, despite being told, "don't worry, he'll call you back, he's just busy!" Sounded annoyed when I called the second time and mentioned I had not received a call back on the first call. Clearly, they have too much business to worry about customer service. I'll drive out of my way for my supplies from now on!
