Services
General Cleaning
Our comprehensive general cleaning service maintains commercial facilities to the highest standards. We perform horizontal surface dusting, restroom disinfecting, carpet vacuuming, hard-surface floor maintenance, appliance cleaning, furniture polishing, and window cleaning. Our trained staff adapts to specific client needs while maintaining consistent quality across offices, churches, schools, and industrial facilities. This service ensures clean, hygienic environments that support business operations and client impressions.
Carpet Maintenance
Our professional carpet maintenance combines thorough vacuuming with steam extraction using industry-leading chemicals. We comprehensively clean all carpeted areas through edge-to-edge vacuuming and crevice tool treatment before applying deep-cleaning steam extraction. This process removes embedded dirt and allergens while preserving carpet longevity. Our technicians ensure complete coverage and consistent results across commercial spaces of any size, maintaining both appearance and hygiene standards.
Terrazzo Floor Care
Our terrazzo floor care service includes complete stripping, sealing, and waxing to restore surfaces to optimal condition. We remove old wax buildup through professional stripping, apply seal coats, and apply multiple wax layers using high-grade products. Our process includes edge scraping for clean lines and careful wax application that avoids baseboards. Regular maintenance preserves floor investments while maintaining polished, professional appearances in commercial environments.
Vinyl Tile Maintenance
Our vinyl tile maintenance service combines scrubbing and waxing techniques to maintain durable, clean surfaces. We use low-speed machines for top coat removal, thorough rinsing, and high-grade wax application. For high-traffic areas, we offer high-speed buffing to enhance shine and surface protection. This service maintains slip-resistant, hygienic floors while extending tile lifespan through proper care and maintenance protocols.
Ceramic Tile Services
Our ceramic tile services include professional scrubbing, acid washing, and grout sealing to restore surfaces to like-new condition. We use specialized cleansers and acid treatments to remove stubborn stains while preserving tile integrity. The process concludes with grout joint sealing to protect against future staining. This comprehensive approach maintains both aesthetic appeal and functional performance of ceramic tile flooring in commercial settings.
