Mark P was the plumber who arrived at my house for my main DWV that had a crack in it. I was provided three options for the repair and chose the middle of the road. Unfortunately after he did what he could to keep me at that price point, the crack was worse than anticipated and we had no choice but to go to the next level.
Mark was extremely nice and answered all the questions I had. The job looks clean and professional, and the work area was cleaned up nicely. Highly recommend Craig Faulks Plumbing. The service man they sent was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job in a timely fashion.
