Our solutions include retractable systems, fixed frames, and decorative valances that complement architectural styles. We use premium fabrics blocking 98% of harmful rays and provide energy efficiency by reducing home heat gain by 65%. Installation includes structural assessments and collaboration with homeowners for personalized designs.
Commercial Awnings
Commercial awning solutions enhance storefront visibility while protecting customers and property. We install durable systems for retail spaces, restaurants, and offices using commercial-grade materials. Our services include permit filing assistance, structural engineering coordination, and branding integration through custom colors and logos. These awnings improve energy efficiency and create comfortable outdoor seating areas for businesses.
Custom Awnings
Full-service custom awning fabrication meets unique client requirements. Our team creates specialized designs for BBQ covers, pergolas, fire pit enclosures, and architectural features. The process includes on-site consultations, material selection from Sunbrella and Dickson, and metal workshop fabrication. Custom options incorporate motorized systems, weather sensors, and wireless controls for automated operation.
Retractable Awnings
Retractable awning systems provide adjustable shade solutions with manual or motorized operation. We install Somfy motors, Telis remotes, and weather sensors for automated retraction during wind or rain. These systems feature durable aluminum frames and fade-resistant fabrics. Professional installation ensures proper tensioning and mechanism alignment for smooth, long-lasting performance in residential and commercial settings.
Winter Service Contracts
Winter maintenance and storage programs protect awnings during off-season months. Our service includes on-site inspections, fabric removal, cleaning, and climate-controlled storage. Clients receive damage reports and repair cost estimates before any work begins. Stored awnings receive limited insurance coverage, and reinstallation services include mechanism lubrication and structural checks for spring readiness.
