I've used Viking a few times this summer to repair my old AC unit. They are always LIGHTNING FAST to respond and everyone who works there is amazingly sweet and kind. I would recommend them 100 times over to any homeowner in the Valley who needs help with their AC! 10/10 do recommend. :)

Our AC fan motor and condenser went out today. We called at 8pm at night. We were quoted 45 minute arrival and he showed up in 30. Mike was not only professional, he worked fast and diagnosed and fixed within the hour.

Glad I discovered this family owned company. I was greatly impressed with the communication, the timeliness, price, the employees, the installation & hands on working owner. Our old Goodman was tired and was 14 years old, and needed to be retired. I look forward to years of dependable service with the New American Standard furnace, coil, and air conditioner and hope this continues to be good working relationship over the years with Viking. We were on the outskirts of their work area,, but was assured in a service emergency their response would be the same as if we were in Chandler. . They answered

As a person who is extremely cautious (afraid of being taken advantage of) when hiring repair companies, I did a great deal of research on various A/C repair company options before hiring Viking Air, and did so because Kelly actually made me feel that he wanted to help me and NOT RIP ME OFF by quoting things I did not need to have done. I can honestly say without a doubt there is no A/C company I would ever use but Viking Air. His entire staff treated me with respect and went above and beyond to explain the process and what to expect. The price was VERY FAIR and super fast. Kelly actually answers
