After introducing ourselves and greeting you with a warm smile, we do a walkthrough inspection of your carpet to identify your its condition and point out potential permanent stains before any work is started. We measure all the areas that you want cleaned and give you a written price based off the square footage of the rooms and anything else you would like cleaned, including upholstery or area rugs.
