At this family operated construction company, by closely interacting with clients, their dreams become reality. Don started building homes in the Columbus area in 1993 and has since built over 400 homes.

Ellerslie Place is located directly off Highway 315 and is set to open in mid-2020, including a playground, fishing dock, and walking trails.

The mortgage lender will provide you with the most up-to-date information on available loans, interest rates and pre-qualification.
Warranty Request
Report
You will receive a written warranty from the builder at closing. Even though your home will be inspected at various stages through the construction process, and we will perform a walk-through with you when your home is complete, there may be things you discover only after living in your new house. We ask that you keep a list of these items and send them to us after 30 days in your home, and again just prior to the first year anniversary.
