Dan, Chris, and Tim installed my new fireplace. They did a beautiful job. They were extremely clean and meticulous about the installation. The guys worked all day and took their time to make sure everything was done properly.

Great store, lots of fireplaces to choose from and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I hate to edit my review but someone came out and looked at my fireplace insert told me they were months behind but he would get me an estimate. I called a few times and no response!

Took two weeks to get a tech to my house, came 30 minutes late (I live 10 minutes from the business), told me Id have a quote by the end of the day for an insert.that was 2+ weeks ago and I never got a quote, call or email. Dont waste your time with these people.

Excellent customer sales, service and installation. Purchased a fireplace insert from knowledge sales team. Technician was on time and courteous when he came out and measured. Installers were on time, careful of our property, using precautions to keep area clean and neat. Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!!

Kudos to Jeff from The Fireplace Shoppe. We needed our fireplace repaired before the holidays as other companies were not able to come out before then. Jeff arrived on time, laid out covers, explained and took care of what needed to be done. Anyone who needs this repair or their HVAC which they service also should definitely give them a call!

Gary and his team just finished installing a gas fireplace, including a bump out on the house as we had no fireplace previously, job came out amazing! Everything was done in a timely manner and the final product couldnt be better for us.
