Roof Replacement
Our complete roof replacement service addresses severely damaged or aged rooftops. We assess your property's specific needs and install durable materials including composition shingles, concrete tiles, and torch-down bitumen. Every project includes a 10-year labor warranty and typically takes 5-14 days to complete. Our experienced team ensures proper installation of underlayment, flashing, and ventilation systems for maximum longevity.
Roof Repair
We provide comprehensive roof repair solutions for shingle damage, tile cracks, and bitumen issues. Our services include leak detection, flashing repair, and storm damage restoration. All repairs come with a minimum one-year warranty and include a thorough inspection of roof structure and drainage systems. Regular maintenance plans help extend roof lifespan and prevent costly replacements.
Fascia Repair
Our fascia repair service restores the critical trim component beneath your roofline. We replace damaged fascia boards, repair soffit connections, and ensure proper water drainage. Primed materials guarantee weather resistance while maintaining aesthetic appeal. This service protects against water intrusion and supports overall roof structural integrity.
Sheathing Repair
We specialize in repairing and replacing roof sheathing, the wooden foundation of your roofing system. Our technicians address water damage, dry rot, and structural weaknesses while maintaining attic ventilation. Partial and full replacements use high-quality materials to ensure roof stability and safety. Consultations assess current sheathing condition and recommend appropriate solutions.
Roof Certifications
Our professional roof certification service evaluates roof condition for homeowners seeking refinancing or property sales. Certified assessments include detailed reports on material condition, structural integrity, and remaining lifespan. Two-year certifications help increase property value and provide assurance to potential buyers about roof quality and maintenance history.
