I can not even begin to put in words how much these people have changed my life. Getting a hot tub was my wifes idea and I was like happy wife happy life. Now that we have it at our home it is easily the best end to my days. I wish everyone could have one!!!! Thank you again for everyones help finding the right hot tub. Such a great knowledgeable staff!!!!!!!!

Very knowledgeable and experienced sales and installation personnel. I felt very comfortable working with them and their recommendations. Tub was delivered on time and was just what we ordered. We absolutely love it. I would not shop anywhere else for a hot tub.

I have been a customer with Hot Springs for over 15 years and I just purchased my second hot tub. The new one is a salt water system and since I am unfamiliar with how it operates I must have called the business a dozen times for advice. Each time someone answered the phone, they knew me by name and went out of their way to make sure I understood what I was doing. They even sent a tech out to my home a second time to teach me how to operate my tub. My experience with Hot Springs over the years has been incredible. They have always treated me like a valued customer and are not upset at answering

First off let me start by saying I am a first time buyer of a Hot Tub. The first Hot Tub place we shopped at was uninterested in making us feel comfortable about buying a new Hot Tub. So we moved on and found Sheli at Hot Springs Spas in Dayton.
Sheli was informative, kind, helpful, inquisitive, and wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision. Anyone in the market for a new spa should go see Sheli. She knows her product and cares. Thank You Sheli.

We wouldn't buy a hot tub or sauna anywhere else. Kathy is amazing and helpful. The installation crew is always great and if you need any repairs the are great to talk to and they will call to make sure everything is fixed to your expectations.
