My wife and I had great experience with Reza at Pineville Rug Gallery. Reza was very informative and he really helped us in our decision making regarding an Oriental carpet. He was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were prepared to make the right decision. Reza also gave us a lot of information on the care of Oriental carpets.

My husband and I traveled from Spartanburg, SC to Pineville specifically to come to Pineville Rugs. Within 30 minutes, we were out the door with two beautiful rugs. We could not be happier with our experience with Reza and his wife. We love our rugs and 10/10 recommend anyone to give them a visit for a beautiful, authentic rug for your home. Very gracious, kind, attentive business owners. Thank you, Reza!

On time and courteous in picking up rugs, and they will do most of the furniture moving (theyd probably do it all, but I did having the dining room chairs moved out of the way). They really know find rugs and I trust them to take the best card of ours.

Easy pick up and return of our 2 large rugs. First cleaning of one in 10 years. They did a great job with both rugs. Highly recommended

Great people and on-time service. They really know fine hand-knotted rugs and how to fix them. They worked a miracle with my pet-urine stained rugs. And very friendly! They stored my rugs for 3 months free while being cleaned and while I moved.

BEFORE: Resa & crew removed a glob of hardened glue (size of a coaster) on high-end imported Chinese wool rug.
AFTER: Now not a trace to be found. Perfect results!!!
Came highly recommended by 2 friends with silk and wool imports. I only trust Pineville Rug gallery with all types of rugs. Also their selection of new rugs is exquisite! *****
