I ordered 3 ornamental trees. Between flooding, vacations and it being peak busy season, it took a few weeks to get them but they were well worth the wait! They were all over 3 feet tall and at a price that was more affordable than those I'd seen at just 10 inches tall. If you are able to wait a few weeks I highly recommend this online nursery.

Going on 6 weeks and still no sign of receiving the order. Called to check up and received rude response. Emailed 3 weeks after order and was told the order is going out following week (week 4). I would think twice about this business.

Local nursery. Friendly service. Not as much selection as Lowe's or Walmart, but worth a visit for native plants, bushes, and fruit trees.

I have nothing but great experience with Talbott Nursery and Poultry. I purchased two bougainvillea last spring and I am very happy with them.
John, the owner contacted me immediately to let me know that there will be delays on shipping (due to Covid19). I understand the situation and waited patiently. I think my plants was shipped one week later. I received my package within two days of receiving my tracking code. They arrived well and neatly packed. I followed the instructions thoroughly and I can tell that my plants were thriving in three days. It's been months and my bouggainvilleas are

I ordered 2 plants and had not received them for over 3 weeks. I understand there were shipping delays, however had not received any type of update that whole time. I chose to request a refund which the nursery did provide and I let them know I did not want to continue doing business with them any longer. I've copied the snarky response from the owner below, which makes me glad I did not give this place any business and definitely will not give them a second chance. There are many other nurseries to do business with.

When I look at the online photo of the tomato red bougainvilla I thought I was buying compared with the three weeds I just unwrapped I am at a loss for words. I paid $79.35 for three 1 gallon plants. They arrived bare roots wrapped in newspaper, with spindly greenish brown crispy leaves and not a bloom in sight. About the only positive is that two of them are possibly alive and the third simply hasn't died yet but fully intends to. Shame on you!

Plants were in excellent condition. They had good variety of blueberry and blackberry plants, plum trees. and strawberry plants. Blueberry bushes had numerous blooms. Plum tree was one that is difficult to find, but Talbott had several. Blackberry bushes were full of leaves for February. I don't know about other reviews, but I had very good experience and have been in gardening for several years. John was very informative. I wouldn't hesitate to go there and buy plants. I will go back.
