They responded quickly to phone calls and even came out to do an estimate but never provided a quote. I checked email/spam folder daily, but no quote. Didn't feel it right that I should have to chase them but I really did want to use this company. Ended up going with another local fence builder who did good work.

Follow up review. Called back on Monday afternoon and apparently office calendar and phone calendar did not sync (yes, I have had that happen to me as well). Cheri came out on Tuesday afternoon and quote provided on Thursday.
