Services
Programming
Our programming phase involves site analysis and client consultations to define project requirements, budget, and goals. We develop initial sketches to explore spatial relationships and ensure alignment with client needs while considering environmental factors and regulatory requirements.
Schematic Design
Schematic design transforms initial concepts into physical forms through refined sketches and 3D modeling. We analyze massing relationships, sun control strategies, and spatial functionality to create designs that balance aesthetics with practical considerations for client approval.
Construction Documents
Construction documents are developed using both hand-drawn sketches and CAD software. We coordinate with engineers and specialists to ensure technical accuracy, detailing structural, electrical, and mechanical systems required for construction permits and contractor guidance.
Interior Design
Interior design services focus on finish selections, lighting schemes, and furniture layouts tailored to client preferences. We create comprehensive finish binders and integrate casework details to ensure cohesive interior environments that enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Contract Administration
Our contract administration includes reviewing shop drawings, addressing contractor inquiries, and conducting site visits. This ensures compliance with design specifications and maintains quality control throughout the construction process to achieve the intended design outcome.
