Admitting that you "need" a hearing aid is the hardest part of this process. However, dealing with Shannon Wrabel at Live Better Hearing makes it so very much easier. Shannon is very kind, patient and, of course, technically competent. She is always willing to make adjustments to my aids and to do anything that makes me hear better. I wish I had bought aids years ago because the struggle is just not worth it. And, by the way, you cannot see my aids at all! I highly recommend this practice and Shannon!

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Shannon Wrable. In addition to being thorough, she takes the time to understand your needs and work with you. Even during these difficult Covid times, she has gone above and beyond what one would expect. The experience at this location is so pleasant, including working with Jessica at the front desk. I have been a patient of Live Better Hearing for a number of years and have always been pleased with their service. Dr. Shannon Wrabel has always shown concern for my hearing. She noticed a curvature in my ear canals preventing my hearing aid receiver from functioning properly. Dr. Wrabel promptly had customized receivers manufactured which resulted in much better hearing for me.
Recently I was tested by Dr. Casey O'Neill who determined that I have had a significant loss in my hearing since my last annual hearing test. She suggested that I see an ear, nose and throat Doctor for his observation

I have always enjoyed coming to this location because everyone is pleasant to work with and I have always been confident in achieving satisfactory assistance. The only negative comment I have is that my hearing aids were taken into another room to be cleaned but they also replaced the end buds along with the extra wire that now sticks out. I have gone back because my right hearing aid didn't seem to work and was checked but it does not work as well as it did. Obviously I am not very happy about that but I will leave them as they are.
