Well, I submitted the online request for an estimate and eventually received an email from Rick Garrett that said, "Location ?" I overlooked the lack of professionalism and replied with my address. That was on July 26, and I still have not heard a word as of August 30. That is no way to do business. If you aren't interested in a job, or don't have the time, or whatever other excuse, you should either put up a "closed" sign or explain it to potential customers. Also, I would never send a business email to anyone without correct grammar and punctuation, much less a single word posed as a question
