The bathroom and kitchen were done well. But there was still visible grime on the kitchen floor and the rug in the living room had visible particles on it. I think the vacuum setting was not low enough for a low pile rug.

Echoing other reviews that there is a total lack of transparency on the pricing - particularly that the $124 "standard cleaning" is strictly for one hour only and that they will charge extra for "needing extra time." This was not communicated beforehand, and as such, they ended up skipping most of the necessary cleaning I needed (like bathroom floors, dusting, etc)...
$124 for one-hour is an extremely high price for an OK quality job. I will unfortunately not be using this service again.
