Ben and crew did a great job sitting down with us multiple times to discuss this job. They were always patient and helpful with information and options. The crew showed up on time and removed our old floor in a day (a slight flood unfortunately) and had the new floor down in 2 days. We couldn't be happier with the product and process we received from Eagle Flooring!!

Eagle flooring and design installer did a terrible job installing the carpet of my elderly parents' brand new home with huge rolls in the carpet becoming very apparent after only a little over one year of living in the home (install warranty was up after a year). This is an indication of incorrect install due to lack of stretching. Because the warranty was up my folks hired another company to stretch the bedroom carpet and they said it was never stretched initially. My parents neighbors are having the same problem and since the rolls in the living room were getting bigger I decided to talk with

Eagle floors professionalism, poise under pressure and deadlines is a sight for sore eyes for any person trying to get a project completed. They are wonderful to work with from the front desk staff to the sales and warehouse employees. Overall just a great experience from start to finish. Call them up for your next flooring project big or small and you will not be disappointed!

Excellent service and the floors turned out beautiful. During the flooring install, they unexpectedly had to do more work to finish the job. Eagle Floors honored the original quote and their guys still finished ahead of schedule. Very satisfied and would use again.

My company had about 1,200 square feet of Mannington Adura Max installed at our downtown office. The team at Eagle Floors & Design were all professional, highly competent and very friendly. Ww would certainly do business with them again. The flooring and the install has stood up very well over the last 2+ years. Very satisfied.
