This is without a doubt a negative review of one star for RV Awning Company Of Arizona. Friday (10-1-2021) I contacted this establishment and spoke with Chester in reference to replacing the awning fabric on my travel trailer. We picked out a color, agreed on a price along with a tentative service date. On Monday (10-4-2021) I received an e-mail of the invoice confirming Friday (10-8-2021) as the date for the work to be completed. I noticed on the e-mail that Chester had my last name spelled wrong even though there are only 5 letters and I spelled it for him twice. He also had my e-mail address

Was refered to this company, gave them a call to replace awning fabric and 3 slide outs, cost was very reasonable. Installer was here the next day and completed the job in 3 hours. Installer was very professional, would highly recommend this company.

Chester has saved our Travel Trailer two times. Both times he had to install a beautiful new awning . First time we replaced an old awning. Three years later a crazy strong dust devil destroyed every bit of our awning, aluminum parts included. He spent most the day here and he came all the way from the Valley to Prescott. He is talented, courteous and more than reasonable. Highly recommended! .

Chester was very responsive and quick to handle my RV storm damage! He quickly did all repairs and upgraded the awning material, new metal cover and new LED lights. Called Chester to replace and upgrade my manual awning to an electric model. $1488.00 I said he would call before the install but just showed up. The man he brought to help didn't know anything, said it was his first day, on-the-job training. After he took my old awning off and started putting up the new one. He told me I needed to buy a new Roller tube $445.00 because mine wasn't aluminon. He should have known by the year and make what type of roller tube I had. Maybe an honest mistake. Not once did Chester use a tape measure to make sure the new arms were in the right place. Then he ran the wires
