Jason came out to examine concerns we were having due to new cracks forming on Birge interior and exterior walls. We had purchased the house just over a year ago, and the engineers report showed old movement, but all within the acceptable limits. After repairs to old damage from that movement, we just noticed some of them reopening.

I've had a good experience with 1st Choice Foundation Repair and mainly it is due to the owner. I put 4 post (steel piers to the bedrock which I recommend) in 2013 and I've had some shifting. This was due to the heavy rains of late. If you get the steel piers, the lifetime warranty is very straightforward. They will repair anything outside of measurement range and you don't have to put a soaker hose on a timer etc... If you get the concrete piers, the warranty is weaker as the post only go down 15 feet or so and is likely to move more. Jason (the owner) is a great guy and personally came out to
