I want to let everyone know that , Ruben the head plumbing guy came to our home and repaired our plumbing and water leak. Ruben did an excellent work not only he was there to address the problem right away but he was thorough and making sure problem was taking care of. Ruben was the same guy that came to our rescue 2 years ago and did a great job but we didnt really do anything or let his company know how good of a worker he is, but this time I just want to let his company know that they have a good and very professional worker. Have been on SAM since 2017. Excellent service! Peace of mind to have technicians come out twice a year for summer and winter maintenances. Most of Sierra techs are trust-worthy giving good suggestions professionally. A shoutout to Migual, Luke and Jordan.
