Services
Trenchless Pipe Lining
Trenchless pipe lining restores damaged sewer or drain lines without excavation. A flexible epoxy-coated liner is inserted through existing access points, inflated, and cured to form a durable, seamless pipe within the old one. This method eliminates landscape damage, reduces labor costs, and provides a 50-year solution for cracks, root intrusion, or corrosion. Ideal for residential and commercial properties, it ensures minimal downtime and compliance with environmental standards.
Hydro Jetting
Hydro jetting clears stubborn clogs using high-pressure water streams. This eco-friendly method removes tree roots, grease buildup, and mineral deposits from pipe walls without chemicals. Its suitable for sewer lines, storm drains, and industrial pipelines, offering long-lasting results and improved flow efficiency. Combined with camera inspections, it ensures thorough cleaning and prevents future blockages, making it a preferred choice for preventive maintenance.
Sewer Camera Inspection
Sewer camera inspections use waterproof, high-resolution cameras to diagnose pipeline issues. Inserted via cleanouts, the camera identifies cracks, leaks, root intrusion, or blockages in real time. This non-invasive technique guides precise repairs, avoiding unnecessary excavation. Its essential for pre-purchase evaluations, routine maintenance, and post-repair verification, ensuring transparency and cost-effective decision-making for property owners.
Pipe Coating
Pipe coating applies a protective epoxy resin to corroded or weakened pipes. The material bonds to the interior surface, sealing leaks and preventing further degradation from water, roots, or chemicals. Commonly used for cast iron or concrete pipelines, it extends service life by decades while maintaining structural integrity. This trenchless solution is ideal for industrial facilities, multi-family housing, and municipal infrastructure seeking durable, low-maintenance repairs.
Roof Drain Lining
Roof drain lining addresses leaks in commercial or residential roof drainage systems. Using cured-in-place pipe technology, technicians insert a resin-saturated liner through rooftop access points to seal cracks or joints without demolition. This method prevents water infiltration into buildings, protecting against mold, structural damage, and costly interior repairs. Its a fast, code-compliant solution for high-rise buildings, shopping centers, and industrial facilities.

North Georgia Inliners saved the day for us. We had old cast iron sewer pipes that would have required jack hammering out a huge portion of our foundation in our finished basement. Instead, we now have good as new lined sewer pipes that we will not have to worry about. They were able to come and do our rather large job very quickly and we are thrilled that they saved us from having to demo our finished basement. Staff is very knowledgeable and their technology is top notch. You can actually tell what you are seeing when they run their cameras through the pipes. Very grateful to have found this

Trust the 5-star reviews. Austin and his team came out to the house to re-line a long run of cast iron sewer pipe that had deteriorated pretty severely over the last 100 years. This job through many curveballs, including the fact that the sewer line was 5 inches in diameter, isnt exactly standard in residential home construction. Nevertheless, NGI pushed on, blew in the liner, and it ended up setting in perfectly. I cant stress this enough, this job was three days of hard work, and these guys were professional and courteous throughout it all.
