These homeowners wanted a nice area to hang out and relax in the backyard and also be able to entertain guests. We met with the client several times to ensure we had the exact design they were looking for and even made some changes along the way. All of the framing material is the ground contact pressure treated ensuring extended life of the framing and of course all galvanized hurricane straps on this custom patio deck.
We looked at a few different composite decking brands and ended with up the Trex Enhance in the Rocky Harbor color which was attached with the Trex hidden fasteners. Some thing else we like to do to the framing before we cover it up with the Trex is to paint the framing black.
