My daughter used Floor Expo recently to have carpet installed and she was happy with them. We had wanted our floors installed before Christmas and Eric and Sabina made it happen!
Jimmy and Mike - our installers - were wonderful. They were very professional, on time and neat. The quality of the flooring they installed was beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them!

Eric was a pleasure to work with. We had rugs and flooring installed. He had to deal with the slow down in getting materials delivered, but was able to get our job done as promised before Christmas. The installers did a great job, highly recommend Floor Expo.

I went to the Floor and Decor store in Wayne NJ. The Sales help was too preoccupied with other tasks to help customers. Salesman lacked knowledge of products. This is unacceptable when doing a major purchase. $3,000 I went to Floor Expo and actually was serviced on by the husband and wife owners. My wife is very fussy on what she chooses. They actually kept the store open to help her not even assured of a sale. I ordered the flooring and it arrived before the time promised.( In time to be installed by Christmas) They are also veteran/ service member friendly. Priced were competitive.
