Their communication is top notch, and their work speaks for itself. They delivered everything as promised, taking every step to ensure my satisfaction with the results. Great service! I contracted First Impressions to conduct my spring cleanup and mulching, and for the replacement of some river stones. Service was timely, reasonably priced, and the workmanship was excellent! Highly recommend.

We just completed our backyard overhaul and First Impressions helped make this a reality. We had worked with Pat and team for over a year in planning our transformation. They were great to deal with in… helping provide design options for our landscaping and patio (and we asked for several options!!!) They helped make sure that we got something functional in addition to the design we wanted.
The workers were all professional and courteous. We will use them again for our front yard work next year. I would certainly recommend them to help you get your backyard oasis or whatever your landscaping

Just witnessed one of the workers putting salt down. He has the machine on the back of his truck on full blast. The salt is being thrown about 10-15 away from his truck. Not sure if this is normal but the ice is hitting car windows. USDOT #00502394.
