I recently opted to change security system providers and chose IconiPro as my new provider. Their technicians were superb in their knowledge, skills, and "desk side manner"! When faced with a challenge that might have otherwise forced them to circumvent points of security, they discussed it over amongst themselves and ask for my input before coming up with a creative manner to install the alarm system and surveillance cameras to insure optimum performance of both. Very happy with the service, staff, and the organization overall.

We recently purchased a home that had an existing, quite complex alarm, camera and low voltage set up that was unfinished. We hired IconiPro to complete the work and upgrade and supplement the system. Glenn spent a good amount of time at the outset walking through the house to understand the system and gave us a thorough and reasonable proposal for the work. He and his team were clear in setting timing expectations and were there on time every time. They did good, neat work, were highly communicative and dependable.
