We've been with Lowitt for over 25 years. They've always been prompt, attentive, knowledgeable, and cost effective. We had a Father and Son Alarm Company servicing our home when we first bought our house. Lowitt bought out that Company and we've been with them ever since. When we remodeled our house, Lowitt upgraded and installed all new equipment at a very reasonable cost. This was done in 2006. We highly recommend Lowitt for all of your Alarm and Security needs.

I have been using Lowitt Alarms for several years. Their service is outstanding and response to any service calls is very quick. The fact that they own their own Central Station Monitoring Center (Metrodial), is another reason to use Lowitt Alarms for all of your security needs.

We were very disappointed in their service. First, the equipment kept breaking down and, despite numerous service calls, the problem was never resolved. And then there's the contract. We signed a 5-year contract, but moved out of the house 4 months before the end of the contract. We discovered that while there's a termination clause for Lowitt, the customer had no cancellation clause. They demanded that we pay for the last 4 months, even though the contract was cancelled. We were lucky it was 4 months and not 4 years.
