My wife and I are in the process of selling our house and it needed a couple of repairs. If you've sold or bought a house before, then you know that time is of the essence.
I looked online and located Jamaica Works. Made the call on Saturday, shared pictures of what was needed to be done, and he was out there that afternoon.
Whole transaction was professional and communication was phenomenal.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with this contractor. He fixed a big part of our roof and within two months it started to bow and buckle. It has been a year with no response and now he blocked us and won't respond. We now have to use another contractor to fix the job that was done by Jamaica Works. I am super disappointed and angry about the lack of concern to fix what they did.

UPDATE 11/2/2021: CARLTON IS AMAZING! After getting our sink fixed we urgently need some drywall and molding replaced. Carlton advised he was busy and booked however after I explained the urgency he went out his way to accommodate us! We cannot thank him enough! I wish I could give 10 stars!
Our kitchen sink started to fall in so I called Jamaica Works. Carlton was readily available to answer my questions and provide as estimate. As soon as my deposit was paid be immediately scheduled me. They quickly got the job down with a long term solution. I definitely plan to use them again.

I was pleased with my experience with Jamaica Works. I called to inquire about having some work done around my house and received a call from Carlton the same day. He was at my house the next day and after paying the deposit, they quickly began working. I was very pleased with the work that was done and would use them again. Highly recommend!

I recently had an issue with water leaking into my home from my patio. I reached out to Mr. Carlton with Jamaica Works, LLC in hopes that he would be able to rectify this situation. He was very quick with responding and even set up a virtual call with me so that he could visually see the issue beforehand. He was able to come out the very next day. Once he arrived he immediately got to work. He was very accommodating and worked with my busy schedule. He definitely showed Honesty, Integrity and Transparency, making sure to keep me informed with what was going on with my home throughout the process
