We just got our Christmas tree here and it was a lovely experience straight out of a hallmark movie. There was a fire and we were offered hot chocolate. The staff were warm and friendly. Also the trees all have names and its super cute! Will be back!

What a great experience getting a holiday tree for your home. Each tree is named, you are offered complimentary hot chocolate while you shop, and you can even get a photo made with your new tree! The tree we got smells amazing and we can't wait to don the ornaments. No need to bring tools or rope, everything is included. Don't forget to tip your tree toter!

JVI is without a doubt, the best pond people around! They know what they're doing and know what it takes to keep my koi pond running smoothly. They respond promptly and get the job done right at a reasonable cost. Very nice people to deal with. I highly recommend them. Thank you Jamie, Austin and Montana!

They were tidy, efficient, great communication, knowledgeable about the product, and were a true pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend this company enough. We purchased all of the mums featured in the pictures, and they all turned out lovely, except for the larger one that started dying a few days after purchasing due to being root bound. We hoped hoped repotting it would help revive it, but no luck. I contacted JVI Secret Gardens and they informed me that they would not replace it because it was an annual plant, which I was shocked because we had just spent so much money there and hoped they would replace as they sold a plant that was root bound. That put a slightly bad taste in my mouth. I understand that annuals are not expected to live long, but

The wait was long but ultimately worth it. Once the schedule firmed up, communication was very good. The crew worked hard to complete the water feature in three days. Travis, the foreman and visionary, created exactly what I hoped for. Considerable care was take to minimize damage to existing landscaping and my neighbors lawn which had to be traversed a short distance.
