First of all I would like to say that I have never written a bad review before. However, I feel that potential customers need to be aware of my experiences. First of all Alpha delivered and installed a large quartz peninsula that was obviously defective. A corner had been broken off and glued back on. This 10 ft. Peninsula was also not cut to the design template that my cabinet maker had supplied to Aaron at the time it was measured. When I called about the defective piece that was glued back on Christine assured me that Jason would look at it and see what could be done. Jason attempted 3 times

I had these guys install a large kitchen granite countertop and island a few years ago. I told them not to waste our time because I was a perfectionist and willing to pay perfection, if it wasn’t right it would be a waste of our time. I don’t remember the guys name but he said “I’m not scared” 😁
They came out measured and installed. It was flawless!
I work in an industry that allows me to recommend contractors but word of mouth is important to my reputation so I don’t recommend unless I know it’s going to be a positive experience for my clients.

Home advisor sent them my information, and they called me right away wanting my business. As i was shopping around for quotes, i read the reviews, saying how good their customer service is, and etc... So i called them back to let them know i will hire them, they knew i couldn't make the 4 hour round trip, and informed me we could find a few things i was looking for and when they came to measure, they would bring samples. I got an 1 email with the quote, i responded back with a few questions and never heard back from them. I recieved 2 texts and replied and never heard nothing back either... So

Had Alpha did my entire house and the whole operation went as smooth as anyone could hope for. Of course there was a little issue here and there but on any project there always is ; how a company and their people handle what comes up makes all the difference and these guys at Alpha Counter Tops were super people to work with. I would highly recommend Alpha if anyone asked me about their work and the value of their products.
