I was very happy w/ everything about my experience @ Midtown Garden Center. There was a large selection of plants to choose from & everything appeared to be healthy & well cared for. Natalia helped me & she was very attentive & accommodating. I have one small negative comment- when I got home & looked @ my receipt, there was a charge for using my credit card (3% of the total purchase). I dont think Ive ever had that happen before- its a cost of doing business. And at the very least, I should have been told about this charge.

The employees are super sweet and really helpful. The prices are moderate but they had a great variety for the area they are in. They also have a lot of pots for all their plant. Food trucks are super close by Incase you get hungry while shopping. I am very excited to take all my plant babies home and care for them.

UPDATE: Immediately after I left this review instead of calling me apologizing for the subpar service I received and offering solutions to my complaints and my sick plant I received, a staff member calls me and proceeds to ARGUE and DEBATE with me about my review and my experiences. I was literally yelling and so upset that she would have the audacity to call me being defensive as if they are the victims and Im wrong for posting my valid experience instead of having humility and offering to remedy the situation. They should be ashamed of themselves. I want nothing further to do with this business
