BUYER BEWARE ! MY 78 yr old mother has had the worst experience with this company. She has filed a complaint with BBB & many other customers have had terrible service as well. Please do your research before giving them a penny. Make sure to get A magnifying glass to try and read the one paragraph contract they email you it’s completely illegible.… If you continue reading the reviews you will see some people have even sued them and won. Trying to resolve issues with Charles or Elsa will get you nowhere. They’re only salesman and installer Ken Gill out of Cape Coral Florida

It took 5 months to get my awning and the installation is still not complete and awning is unusable? Installer won't communicate with me? sais he's going to finish job but doesn't show up or call? Had a 3 way… call with sales (owner?) and installer and he said it would be done before Sept. 5th and today is Sept. 7th. No text or phone call still the same. there is a gap between the house and the awning and rain comes thru? Also the wiring is exposed, looks like it was dragged on road during transport as it is exposed and scuffed in several areas.

Love our deck solar shades. We needed shades to block evening sun. We went with CraftBilt shades with 95% blockage and they work perfect. The shades are well built. They block the evening sun so we can spend more time comfortably using the deck during warm summer evenings.

We installed two awnings in our back yard, We absolutely love them. These awnings were a super alternative to the building of peralas that we were considering. From ordering to installation the service was great.
