Services
Carport Covers
Our carport covers protect vehicles and equipment from Florida's harsh weather using durable aluminum and insulated roof panels. These maintenance-free structures provide a cost-effective alternative to garages while enhancing property aesthetics. Customizable to fit RVs, boats, and automobiles, our installations ensure long-term durability against sun and storms.
Home Renovations
We handle full home renovations and targeted upgrades like kitchens and bathrooms. Our team works from client visions using design inspiration from magazines or digital boards. Projects include material selection, schedule coordination, and minimizing daily disruptions to deliver personalized, high-quality living spaces that increase home value.
Driveways & Sidewalks
Our concrete driveways and sidewalks use 2500-3500 psi strength material for durability. We employ saw-cut techniques to prevent cracking and offer decorative finishes like broom or trowel textures. These improvements enhance curb appeal while creating functional, long-lasting access paths and parking areas for residential properties.
Garages
We construct garages with customizable features including roll-up doors, multiple bays, and versatile interior layouts. Exteriors match home designs using Tyvek HomeWrap for weather protection. Beyond vehicle storage, our garages can be converted into workshops, offices, or recreational spaces to maximize property utility.
Screen Rooms
Our screen rooms provide bug-free outdoor living spaces with options for fans, lighting, and kick panels. Designed for entertaining or relaxation, these enclosures maintain visibility while protecting against insects. Optional LWP insulated panels allow future conversion to glass rooms for year-round use.

Shull Construction has done many projects for me including concrete, roofing, and drywall work. They were very knowledgeable, responsive and fairly priced for the work being completed. Its unfortunate that this other poster, Helena, posts an uninformative and defamatory post about the company when she is referring to her personal home that she bought from an employee. She is altering a business reputation based on a home that probably was owned by several owners and blaming it on a company as a whole. Disturbing.

Mathew J Shull who is the vice-president of the company has just sold his house to me. When I went to the house after the closing, I realized that he had changed the fence that faces the street to a much cheaper fence than the one that was there when I went to see the house twice before I made an offer. He went so cheap as to leave wide spaces between the planks and now there is no privacy. I don't know how he thought nobody would notice the change. Even more shocking is that someone would take part of the fence with him. I offered to pay the listing price for the house and I accommodated him when

I have used this company to fix equipment in my physical therapy clinic. They provide very efficient and skilled services. Equipment installed was tested for appropriate safety and use. If I ever need anything done in the future I will be using these guys!
