So what can you say about an HVAC company and an owner (Vito) who come when you call them, diagnose thoroughly before replacing parts, guarantee their repairs and don't charge an arm and a leg for it. I call them keepers! We called Vito after the company that installed our HVAC system in our new construction home failed to fix a major issue after multiple visits and many calls to "discuss" the problem with their management and the home builder.
