Crandall Office Furniture opened in May of 2002 providing used and refurbished seating to the office furniture dealer community. Since then we have grown to 15 full time employees in a 34,000 square foot facility. We have developed, tooled and produce proprietary chair components which we use in our refurbishing process and provide to other dealers along with many other hard to find parts.

Steve Crandall started Crandall Office Furniture in 2002 in the basement of his family home. Through many years of hard work and sacrifice, Steve has proven hard work does pay off and is the true definition of a leader. In his free time, Steve enjoys downhill skiing, sailing, woodworking, and spending time with his wife of over 40 years, Joyce at their family cabin on an island in the U.P. of Michigan.

All Crandall Office Furniture Remanufactured & Refurbished Chairs and Office Chair Replacement Parts are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. On Chairs, this warranty covers the entire chair, not just the parts we replace. Crandall Office Furniture will evaluate each warranty claim and either send replacement parts to fix the chair, or replace the chair or part entirely based on the nature of the claim.

We warranty the entire chair, not just the parts we replace, and look at every failure as an opportunity to learn and to stand by our product.

The Steelcase 462 Leap V2 office chair has been the Steelcase flagship chair since being updated from the V1 version in 2007, and is still being made new today. Featuring all current ergonomic adjustments and over-the-top build quality, the Steelcase 462 Leap V2 chair has proven itself as a time tested workhorse, and is still considered by many (us included) to be one of the best built office chairs ever made.
