Critical:Punctuality,Responsiveness
Our house was one month behind schedule. False excuses were given. The communication between Oehlers sub-contractors, Mike and myself was horrible. Sub-contractor logistics were poorly planned. Our house was left incomplete, also due to sub-contractor logistics forcing us to find another contractor to complete. Very disappointed

In 2015 we worked with Mike to build our dream lakehouse. He was great to work with and he made us feel at ease. Our home turned out excellent and if we build again we would hire Mike again.
