Castle Rock Homes is a family-owned, family-operated business, serving the greater Phoenix area. Our company was established by two brothers who, after serving their country for more than 20 years, retired from the military to fulfill their dream of building quality custom homes. It is our goal to consistently provide quality work on every project and the highest level of service and integrity.

We meet with you to oversee the planning, budget and construction of your new home from its beginning to end. Working closely with you to make sure every detail is how you envisioned it. We do have an in house designer that can help you create your perfect floor plan and we do have our own popular floor plans available for selection.

The high thermal mass and minimal air infiltration of insulating concrete form walls create a more uniform and stable temperature throughout your home. You won't find hot spots or cold drafts. Building with ICF uses far less wood, saving timber. ICF homes are a preferred environmental choice because of significant savings in natural resources (fuel) needed to maintain a comfortable temperature.
