Ohio Pools and Spas was not our first stop when we were looking to buy a new hot tub. I am so glad that we continued to shop around. Our 1st experience there with Zack was superb. No pressure, no being rushed through, answered all of our questions. We even took a couple soaks in their display models that day. The follow up installation organized by Cary and his crew was also top notch. Ryan did a great job doing the final hookup for us. He took the time to explain everything to us twice as my wife had to step aside for a few minutes. Oh and did I mention a cold rain was pouring down when Ryan was

They never answer the phone and take forever to return the call. I ended up driving there and they were absolutely no help at all! Sad thing is i have been a customer for years!
