As a company their under staffed and under trained. Management is the worst. out of any place I've ever worked! Trey Martin and John Preston are the worst owners managers of any company. They under pay there employees or not pay u at all for the hours that you work. HR payroll seem lost because they can never pay you for the hours you've worked. You got no warnings when its time for raises they dig up something and suspend you then terminated you to save money. Past employees would say the same thing. So in short DO NOT WORK FOR ISS or Security First!!!!
