Terrible mess after a flood! Everyone was patient, kind, and very professional, from the project manager Rodrigo, to the men who did the clean-up and re-installation of the carpets - Diego, Jonathan, and Ricardo - very nice, explained everything, and did a wonderful job. The carpets look amazing. Also, whenever I had to call the company or contact Rodrigo, there was never a long wait and they were very courteous.

Adrian was clear and concise about the tasks that would be performed and very responsive to all my questions, especially since this was the first time that something like this had happened to me. During storm Ida in September 2021 I had 1.5 - 3 feet of water in different rooms in my basement. Bowerman did a great job removing water, removing damaged sheet rock, removing damaged insulation and preventing mold from forming. Bowerman then successfully dried the entire basement. I am looking forward to Bowerman helping with the restoration. The manager of my job, Chris, was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs I give Bowerman a five star review.

Highly recommend!!! Honest, professional, with amazing customer service and great attention to detail. My elderly dads house had flood damage and mold from the remnants of Hurricane Ida and Bowerman came and did an fantastic job mitigating the damage. They clearly explained the entire process from start to finish. I live out of state yet they worked with me every step of the way to ensure my dads repairs were done properly. They totally put my mind at ease and I cant say enough about how they treated my dad. Fair pricing at a time when the opportunity to have taken advantage and price
