Didn't do anything right the first time, from the installation of the gas cooktop and ordering the wrong garage door, to the laying of the tile in the bathroom and installing the tub. Some things were corrected. Other items were left due to how much time and money it would've taken to fix them. At least I have noticeable reminders of their work that I see every day. Further, they were quite unprofessional at times with how they addressed their customer, along with not following through with certain promises of actions.

The work Miller Building has done for me over the years has been impeccable. However, their prices have become ridiculously high. Had two bathrooms upgraded and a porch screened in by another contractor for not much more than the Miller quote for the one bath.

Local guys who absolutely screw their neighbors over. Way overpriced and don't stand by their commitments. Anybody in the Oak Valley area and beyond who use them will be disappointed. Spent 6 months arguing over $170 bill that was entirely their fault. I won't call them in the future for anything but warranty work in what they have already done and I am extremely concerned about their follow through on that.

Miller did an absolutely perfect job on our new deck! Could'nt possibly be happier with their service! They got to the job site on time and completed the job before they said it would be done. The quality and workmanship was top notch. I highly recommend them.

I have hired many contractors in 30-plus years of owning homes. When I needed someone to restore a downstairs bathroom which had suffered water damage and neglect, I almost gave up trying to find a competent professional. Many were personable, presented well, and had very good references, but performed in a less-than-satisfactory manner. A few were absolutely incompetent. In 2004, I contacted Miller Building and obtained a quote. After lengthy questioning and suggestions from David Miller, I received a contract which clearly specified what work and materials would be provided for the quoted price
