The Cooling Company takes good care of its customers from the call to set up the appointment through billing and follow up. Each person listens responds clearly to make every conversation pleasant and productive. The techs do a great job and explain what they did in simple terms. I am given enough information to make my own decision. I do not feel pressured or up-saled. We just signed up for another year of their maintenance program. We look forward to having them back out in the summer and before if the need arises. Thanks Cooling Company and Mr Frost.

STOP YOUR SEARCHING! I made the mistake of paying for a service from a home warranty service that would cover major systems and appliances. When my AC started to show signs of issues, after 4 months of back-and-forth with the warranty company, I made the decision to shop for a new central AC (versus just repairing yet again).
